D3KAT was created from real operational work: managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, reviewing purchasing decisions, tracking reports, and trying to make good business calls with incomplete information. It is built around a practical need: help owners and operations leaders see what is happening sooner, understand what matters, and focus on the right next step.
Current Foundation
The current platform helps turn CSV and Excel business reports into reviewed data, operational analysis, executive dashboards, alerts, and plain-language summaries across revenue, inventory, vendors, and performance.
Future Development
Future development will expand trend detection, predictive indicators, operational recommendations, AI-assisted guidance, and cross-business reporting while keeping data review and owner control central to the workflow.
